In a “worrying attack on basic civil liberties” the London Met took the (possibly illegal) action of banning all Extinction Rebellion protests from London on Tuesday. XR seems to be dividing opinion a lot at both ends of the political spectrum, which we’re not going to go into. However, as much of the media is doing its best to depict protesting inaction in the face of climate change as simultaneously silly, hippy-dippy, fanatical, cultish, and dangerous… We thought it might be a good idea to get the XR side of the story from an intelligent voice on the ground. So here’s Dizraeli dropping some exclusively written bars over some Dusty Ohms beats and telling us why he thinks the movement is necessary.
